It is 1/2" wide.

Hello,
Take a look at our S152 coils springs. The F stamp on your coil probably means that you're using 6-pound coils, but I would recommend weighing your sash and dividing the total by the number of coils in your window to confirm you're purchasing the correct strength. Thank you!
