Greetings. I Have A Feeling That The Proper Replacement Is A: Mortise Style Handle Set, 4-15/16"
Product Code: 82-080. (Almond) I Prefer The Newer Styles Of A Small Latch For Locking, Versus My Old One Where The Lock Is Activated By Moving The Whole Handle. Please Tell Me If I Need A New Mounting Plate And Any Other Items. Yes The Measurements Are 4 15/16 (hole to hole). Many Thanks

I believe you are correct that the 82-080 handle set could work on your patio door. It comes with the 82-240 latch lever, along with the 82-108 mounting plate. Take a look and see how the dimensions and related parts compare to be sure it will fit your door. Thanks for posting!
