REPLACEMENT HARDWARE FOR LOCK

NORTH AMERICAN MANUFACTURING SLIDING GLASS DOOR
I uploaded a pic of label on inside slider door
It's called the New Englander

I tried using a replacement one purchased at local hardware store Recently I was told that would never work. I needed to contact a company like yours to get the right part
I am a do it yourself person and it is easy to do if you have the right parts
I wood also like a handle that is not fake wood chrome or stainless will stay looking better longer I believe

Your original handle set looks very similar to our 82-002. Look this product over to see how well it matches what you have now.

I'm not sure what pull handle you were looking for, exactly, but we only have a few that are compatible with the 82-002. See our 88-002, 88-001, and 88-009. These are really the only kind of pulls they make for this sort of lock. Your options for these are very limited.
