REPLACEMENT SLIDING PATIO LATCH

I need a replacement latch for my vinyl patio sliding door. I tried to remove it and it fell in the door. I am sending picture of opening.
Opening is 3" and distance between screws is 3 3/4". I have pictured the receiver portion in the door jam. Overall height is 4 1'8" and actual opening in the center is 1 1/2". I would be happy to replace it with something similar but can't find what I need.
Your help would be much appreciated!

I think I found the correct part. #82-218

I can't tell if it's just the picture, but you may want to straighten your lever. It looks twisted. That can effect how far it turns.
