Hello,

I see that you were looking at the S400-30 spiral balance. If your balance tube has a diameter of 3/8" and is from a non-tilt window, I agree that this could be the replacement that you need.

If the colored tip at the end of the tube is missing, you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart below to choose the correct color option. Thank you!
