Plastic piece in center of picture is broken. Rest seems to be intact with string, 17" spring, and 33" hsg as in picture for all 3 parts including broken off plastic piece in the middle.
After speaking with representative, he asked me to send a picture of the left side which is not broken and submit so he could identify the part required,.
I am following up with two pictures, one of the entire assembly on the left side which is not broken and another picture of the piece that is broken from the right side.
Since he highly recommends my replacing both sides, I will do so.
I need to get this as soon as possible since I am unable to use that window and I am trying to sell the house.Thank you
