This operator has 2 screws at the top 1/2 inches apart. The 2 bottom screws are 1 and 1/8 inches apart. These two sets of screws are set 5 and 1/4 inches apart. The 3/8 inch hole is 2 and 7/8 inched from the pivot point of the actuator arm.
I cannot find an exact replacement on your website, so please advise.

Hello, John. I'm afraid I can't find an exact match for this operator, either. This design is quite old these days so there is a chance that it's not made anymore.
Before we can move forward, I think it would be best if you remove the operator from the window entirely and show me a photo of it by itself. I'm chiefly interested in the link arm, which is just as important as the installation hole pattern.
Sure! The link arm is 2-1/2" long, measured from the center of the rivet to the center of the hole. Note that linkage in this kind of window has a certain amount of wiggle room, so the arm doesn't necessarily have to be the same exact size. Yours seems like it's a bit longer, but as long as it's not unreasonably long it should be okay.
The 39-280 is the closest option we have, but as the dimensions don't line up I can't tell you if it's the right fit. Odds are the right fit isn't made anymore, as this style of window is very old and these kinds of operators have been slowly phased out over the last few decades. When it comes to replacing these, the goal is to find something that's as close as you can and be open to the (strong) possibility of retrofits. If you're handy, you may be able to get our 39-280 to install, but it won't be a simple 1:1 installation.
