Hello there!

This looks like our ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 Short-Arm Operators. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued many components that are needed for this operator to function, such as the bracket arm that connects it to the window sash. Sometimes these bracket arms can be found secondhand on a site like eBay, but I can't make any guarantees. I apologize for any inconvenience.
