RH & LH Mastic tilt-out latches

Greetings,

Need replacement RH & LH spring loaded tilt-out latches - Mastic is the brand:

OAL = 3 3/8"
Width = 1 3/8"
Mounting Holes Center to Center = 2 1/8"

Would like 2 of each handed latch
