RH awning operator 39-278

We need to replace 7 of the Awning operators. We think the awning operator is the same as your Nu-aire RH awning operator 39-278 (based on the patent numbers found on the old operator (see attachment photos).

Question:

1. Do you have the dimensions of the 39-278 so that I can compare?

2. The end of the of link bar that attaches to the awing windows does not have a drilled hole. Refer to the photos attached. It has what looks like a threaded piece and metal bushing. What parts do we need to order to attach the 39-278 to our awning windows?

The 39-025 pivot arm is 2.25" center to center. Our part pivot arm is 2.5" center to center so it is not exactly the same and I am not sure it will work. I have attached dimensions of the mounting holes for our part that may be of more help in identifying the replacement part.
