RH awning operator doesnot fit.

I researched online the appropriate replace for my window operator. I ordered the 39-278. It doesn't have two holes at top nor a threaded arm.

I called Customer service and they asked me to send pictures.

Please let me know my best replacement peace.

Take a look at our 39-017 operator, along with the 33-067 shoulder screw. I believe these could be the parts you're looking for, but take a look and compare the dimensions with yours to ensure that they match.
