THE DOOR HAS THE NUMBER 3068 ON IT AND IT WAS INSTALLED IN 1998.

Could you show me a few pictures of your rollers? In the meantime, check out our Andersen Sliding Screen Door Rollers and see if anything here is a match.

It looks like that could be something like our 84-070, or maybe even our 84-020, but I can't say for sure without seeing it removed from the door. Take a look and let me know what you think.
