My customer wants to order one pair of sash balances. These are round, approx.. 9/16

Thanks for contacting us. I believe this balance will need to be specially made. If the tube is 9/16" diameter, then I'd make you a Series 600 spiral balance with a 15-172 bracket specially attached. However, can you confirm the length? Make sure to only measure the outer tube, not the entire balance altogether. Once I have that, I'll email you a special order link and price quote for two.
