R.O.W. Awning window hardware

Need handles for multiple windows but don't know how to identify. They are R.o.w. Awning windows " the handle is imprinted with ROW on it, you will see faded in one of the pictures. Looks to be 3/8" opening. Any help would be very much appreciated

I'm afraid this handle is just too old for us to get a hold of. The best possible option we sell is our 39-104, but I cannot be sure if this will work for you. Look it over and see what you think.

Thanks for the help! I'll order one and see if it works. Is so I'll probably order about 10 more. Thanks again Tom
