ROW Casement Hook Broken

A handy person from Wilmington NC says:

During hurrucane Florence our left side ROW (about 18" x 32") casement leaked. Our right side did not. On inspection today we found the "hook" was broken on left casement. Pics attached. This is the part U need. 27 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 5/16" How to get replacement? Thanks.

A handy person from Wilmington NC says:
My casement window has no external latch. It relies on an internal metal strip that has a "pusher" at bottom and a "claw" at top, connected together so that when window closes it engages the claw onto a metal tab on the window thereby latching it. The plastic claw is broken and I want to replace it. Can you help me? Thanks, Jackie
ps - my previous post thread I can not find.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We don't have an exact match for this hook, though we have a couple products that are similar in design. Look at our 36-010 or maybe our 36-009 and see if you could adapt either of these to work with your casement window.

If not, you may want to check an older mom and pop store in your area. There's a good chance these exact parts aren't around anymore, but an older shop may have a box laying around in a back room, if you're lucky.
