ROW Casement Window Parts

Question

I need a part that slides in a silver metal track at the corner of the window. As the window slides sideways it pivots on this part. The part itself is 1/2" by 1 3/4" and is made up of metal on the bottom that hooks into the track and black plastic on top that seems to act as a spacer. The black plastic is visible in the attached picture. For whatever reason the black plastic has fallen apart and if I try to open the window, it jumps out of the track and its impossible crank the window any further.

Looks like you're referring to the hinge glide. This is unfortunately not something that's sold separately for any assembly; whenever these break, it means you need an all new hinge.

My recommendation to you would be the 36-048. It's a little different from your original assembly but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then it should work perfectly fine. The video below will show you what I mean.
