I have 4 double hung wooden windows that slide down when I lift it up. I believe that I have a ROW Window brand and I would like to know if you have the channel spring part used to balance these windows so it won't slide down. Two of my windows are 60" by 40" and my other two windows are 60" by 32". Please let me know if this part will fix the sliding problem, if these parts are available, and how much each part will cost. Thanks.

Hello,
It looks like your window uses naked springs inside the jamb liners. Unfortunately, we are not able to supply replacement parts for this old-style wood window setup. We recommend reaching out to a local millwork that may be able to supply them. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
