ROW patio door roller replacement

A quick learner from Indianapolis says:

This is a replacement roller for the row patio door, similar to your 81-287 , it worked perfectly but now my sales rep quit and the company he worked for doesn't seem to know where he got them
Any help would be appreciated

The 81-287 is indeed our closest match, as it appears to have the same housing. However, it only has a single wheel, whereas yours is a tandem roller. I suspect this tandem version is no longer available. See if you can use the 81-287 instead. Let me know what you think.
