ROW window weather strip replacement

Please see the pic below showing the rotted weather strip on my 1989 ROW casement window.
Do you a replacement weather strip that would work?

Can you pull a piece of that seal off and show us the side angle? We want to see the shape of the end profile, the cross-section, the silhouette, whatever you want to call it.
