RSI Balance for Golden Window Double Hung

My house has custom windows built by Golden Windows in Ontario, back in 2000. I am trying to find a replacement RSI balance. I have the broken one but I did not see a # on it. Then I got my magnifying glass out and found the inscription. It reads

User submitted photos of a window balance.

Thank you for your patience during the holiday season. I believe we can help, but before we recommend anything we will need to see a picture of the clip or shoe at the end of the cord. It also looks like your post got cut off, so I'm not sure what the inscription on the balance read. Thank you!

I saw that it got cut off, not sure how that happened. The inscription is 3-2S FJ 31. The FJ are in smaller font. Please let me know if you need anything else to determine which balance type to get.

Thank you! I believe you have a Series 770 channel balance. I would just make sure the clip at the end of the cord is the same.
