Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you remove the window sash and show us a full view of the pivot shoe?
As for the lock, we'd like you to write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from the center of each hole. Additionally, we'll need to know the backset, which is measured from the center of the installation hole to the top edge of the lock.
