Rafe Cox window balance question

Question

I was cleaning the window when the right balancer disconnected as seen in one of the photos. I also took a picture of the left balancer because I have the hole at the top. I'm not sure which window balance set I need to purchase. Or if this one can be reset?

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement channel balances needed to repair your windows. Although, I will need to see a photo of them removed from the window to identify the best possible replacement. It would also be extremely helpful to see a photo of the shoe connected to the balance.

I'll also need to know the stamp from the balance as this may help us to determine the weight range your balances need to be able to carry to support the weight of the sash.
