Rail that holds the bottom hinge of the window in place

Question

Looking for this part but right-hinged - the matching pair on the other side of the wall is missing, it'll open but then go crooked since it's not anchored on the bottom.  I think it's Pella based on the shape of the original crank handles... but no markings on the windows themselves.  The bar on the left side of the circled area is 10.5".

I recommend you start by taking a look at the 36-048 hinge set. Note that you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. The video below will go over the replacement details.
