Rain Strip on bottom of Pella Architectural Casement Windows - about 20 years old

I am looking for this strip. It goes on the bottom of the crank out window. Pella has them for about $34 ea....

any help?

It's hard to say. This looks somewhat similar to our 58-178. Could you use this as a replacement? How well do our measurements compare to yours?
