Hi, I have 2 sliding mirrored doors on my wardrobe which have Ramtrack hardware. These don't seem to adjusted properly as the doors do not open or close properly, they appear to be dragging. At the top of the door the rollers are locating properly,
The bottom rollers on each of the doors are convex.
Unfortunately I do not have any instructions on how to adjust these. There is a screw in each of the door roller assemblies, the body of the assembly in silver in color, it has a black plastic portion which has the white roller riveted to it and a screw with an internal square for adjustment, however when I turn the screw it does not appear to adjust the door, it looks like the full weight of the door is on the rollers. Could you provide help on this please. I do have photos of the rollers I could send if that would help.
Thanks in advance.
Let me know what dimensions would help.
Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out! Your wheel might be worn out because it looks like the housing of the wheel is rubbing the track. Since adjusting the wheel assembly doesn't help, I believe you'll need new rollers. We carry a standard, convex nylon wheel assembly, part 23-199 and we have a ball-bearing, convex nylon wheel assembly, part 23-225. Take a look over the dimensions and design to confirm if these are the right replacement.
Detail of 23-199
