Hello I am looking to find a replacement. For some reason this will not stay in even though it looks like there is nothing wrong with it. Do you have a Canadian distributor or do you ship to canada?

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 23-196 top roller to your assembly. Also, we do ship to Canada but we do not have any storefront locations. Thanks for posting!
