Hello

We have the above shown broken parts but do not know the name or the part or have any identifying facts outside of the pictures.

The windows are vinly, double lock and when our resident opens their windows, the window immeidately falls down, and does not stay open.

We are unsure of the part that needs to be ordered & we hope that these pictures assist you in helping us finding the correct part

Thanks for reaching out to us. The parts circled in your photos are called pivot shoes. We'd be happy to help identify them but we would need to see an undamaged version removed from the window along with the written out thickness and width dimensions. The video below will go over how to remove the hardware by making a cut out in the window track.
