Hello we have no other information then this picture. Our Senior Apartment was built in 2001 and you have been a lifesaver for us in the past in finding parts that don't exist anywhere anymore.

Take a look at our 38-138, or perhaps the 38-139 which has a longer fork. I believe these are newer versions of your lock. Carefully go over our dimensions and see if they match up.
