The dimension on the web are the same as my parts.
The looks and shape of the parts are the same.
I find only a '5' marked on my parts.
The window shaft is a double D shape that would fit but I have a molded snap like ring about 3/8 inch from the outside end of the shaft.
Your cam lock is metal and mine is plastic.
I have not tried to fit you 15-192 in place of mine but all looks good.
Because of 4 above my units have a cross shape in the cam when looking down into the slot.

We believe you can use the 15-192 pivot shoe. However, there is a chance you may have to file down the top and bottom ring of your current pivot bar to fit into the metal center cam. The 15-192 comes with face aligners that you also may need to file down if it interferes in fitting in the window track.
