White plastic (nylon?) rear bracket to hold metal runner for drawer slide. No markings visible.
Part in removed pictures has been epoxied back together.
Approximate dimensions:
Mount plate with holes - 2 3/4" L x 1 1/2" H
Receiver for metal slide - 1 3/4" L x 5/8" H x 9/16" D
