Rear Drawer Guide - Broken Looking for Replacement

Hello
I only have the one photo of a rear drawer guide that is broken and I am looking for a replacement. It is for a customer whose kids bedroom drawer.

There is a number on it: H-1011.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting, Wayne. This guide is very similar to our 32-032. Look it over and let me know if you agree! Make sure to go over our dimensions just to be sure, especially the size of the opening that takes the track.

It looks like it is the right size.
My problem is with the corona virus I am not able to get back to the customer and check the measurements
It has been broken for some time so a few more weeks will not matter.
