Rear Drawer Guide RONTHOR 2857233.

Hello Paul,
I have NOBILIA vintage kitchen suit from 1972 where some drawer guides have broken.
The Guide is signed RONTHOR N.Y.C. Patent 2857233.
This is the piece in the bottom center of the drawer that fits over the strip of wood.
Can you help me with replacement three pieces?
I also send you a picture from the Drawer Guide!
