Rear Drawer Guide Socket

A quick learner from CT says:

Hello. Can you please help me find a replacement rear drawer guide socket?
The internal dimensions of the existing socket are 1 3/8" x 7/8".
The guide width at the widest part is 1 1/2". the narrower part is 11/16".

I would start by looking at our 32-009. This looks similar, but first measure the track to confirm it can fit into the opening.
