Rear Drawer Guides

I am looking to replace the rear drawer glides on a dresser. The bottom tabs have broken off. The part listed is made by Ronthor Reiss Corp, N.Y.C. Part number is R-40-28. Patent number is 3,201,187. What is the matching part number through Swisco? From my research, it could be the 32-036 (is it even available?) or the 32-118. Which one is correct, or should it be a different part number?

The 32-036 is no longer made, as it has been replaced by the 32-118. I believe this can replace your old guide.
