Rear Drawer Track Socket

A quick learner from NJ says:
New construction i 2013. The cabinets are Armstrong, and the plastic socket does not use screws because it attaches to thin wood on an island. The part says c-367 on it, and it also says made in USA, and has a little picture of Texas and Tennessee on it.I can't seem to find one anywhere, and one of the posts broke off making it useless. Do you have/know where to find this replacement part?
Thanks

We don't have this adjustable plastic socket, but we do have the 32-146 rear fixed socket. Could that work for you?
