This appears to be the base plate of the drawer socket. We would need to see an intact version of this part uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

What I mean is your photo is only showing part of the drawer socket. We would need to see the whole thing removed from the drawer to compare to our inventory.

Your rear socket looks like it may be adjustable. We don't carry an exact replacement but take a look at the 32-012 to see if your drawer track would fit into this type of socket.
