Rear drawer bracket #643

Hello: The above is off a bathroom cabinet, the left hand side. Markings show "643." I cannot find a replacement bracket anywhere. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

We carry a selection of drawer sockets, all of which you can see here. Before we can narrow it down, can you tell me the size of the opening that accepts the track? I'm afraid I can't tell based on the ruler in your photos. Thank you!
