Several rear drawer guides needed to replace some exactly like this. Made of some kind of plastic, about 2 inches wide by 2 and 5/8 inches tall by about 1/4 inch thick

Hello,
We did carry the part shown in your photos at one time but, unfortunately, this drawer guide has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
