Rear drawer guide

Question

This morning when I closed a drawer in my pantry it went down instead of forward. I took out all the drawers-wood glides above center of drawers. The width of the wood is about 3/4". I bought this house recently, and am unfamiliar with this system. Do you have something that wood work?

I'm gonna ask you to go over the dimensions of our 32-030 and let me know if it matches what you have. I think it's the same part, but only you can tell, based on the measurements.
