We have a fortune modular home and several of the rear drawer mounts are broken. We are having a hard time finding anything that'll work.

We have several sockets that may replace this, which you can see here. The best match will depend on the opening of the "mouth" of the socket, which takes the track. I unfortunately cannot make out what that dimension is in your case but we have detailed measurements for each product on that page that you can use as a reference.
