Rear drawer slide pocket

Question

if you can tell by the pictures the slide pocket is mounted to the rear and the drawer slide has a "L" shape at the rear that fits into the slide pocket

We don't have this exact socket, but we do have a replacement that may work. See o ur 32-012 and compare its dimensions to your original socket to make sure it will fit on your track.
