Rear drawer socket?

Question

I am missing 3 parts for the drawer slide. Is it called a drawer socket? The attached photos show the left side, which has the bracket that is attached to the back of the cabinet, but is missing a plastic tube which slides onto the metal and then connects to the bracket. The right side is missing both the bracket, which attaches to the wall, and the plastic tube which slides on and connects to the bracket. One photo is a very rough sketch of the part with measurements. Can you help me with this?

Thanks for posting. This looks similar in design to 32-012 drawer socket. I would just make sure that the opening of the socket that accepts the track is the same size.
