Rear drawer sockets that fit into metal strips

My drawers are falling forward as these plastic sockets break from age. Are they still made?

I'm afraid we don't have this exact socket. The problem is that yours plugs into a slot in the back of the cabinet while all of ours screw in. The closest we have is our 32-119, but you'd have to find a way to install it using screws. Would that be possible with your setup?
