Hello, I need a right and left hand replacement for the attached.

Hello there. You may be able to use the 32-119 Socket Pair as a substitute, so long as the size of the gap that accepts the track is comparable. However these new sockets with fasteners, so you'll have to find the means to adapt these to your cabinet. See what you think.
