I am trying to repair a desk and the rear guides are either broken or missing.
The patent number 3-035-880. I had contacted you folks before, but lost the information you gave me. If I'm not mistaken my part is no longer available. You supplied me with a replacement item.

I'm afraid I don't see any previous orders under your email address, and I couldn't match the patent number you provided to any particular part. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to start from scratch. Would it be possible for us to see photos of the part in question?
