These mount to a horizontal metal band attached to rear of cabinet with round post protruding from the rear of each bracket.I cant find these pieces to purchase. Can you be of help?

I'm afraid these sockets aren't made anymore. The only option we have that may work is our 32-119. I've had a lot of customers try these and report their success, but you'll note that ours use screws to install, not plugs. You'll have to drill new holes for these to work in your dresser.
