Wellborn cabinets from 20ish years ago. Just need the plastic bracket that the rail is held in place by.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we do not carry drawer sockets that accommodate L-shaped track ends like this. You could use the 32-119 Drawer Sockets, but this would require replacing your drawer tracks with new ones like the 32-056 or the other-sized variants I have listed on this page. See the video below and determine if this will work for you.
