Rear mount plastic bracket

Can you PRETTY PLEASE help me identify this broken mount? The only writing on it is 'RIGHT'.
I also included a picture of the left one so you'd know how it looks unbroken. The slides have no manufacturer on them. I have been to Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Menard's. I have Googled until I can Google no more. :,(
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
