Thanks for posting. See if something like our 32-018 or 32-089 could work as a substitute. You just need to make sure that size of the gap that accepts the track matches your old sockets. You can see the rest of our drawer sockets here.

Cabinet drawer rail.1 is 3/4" high
Cabinet drawer rail.2 is 5/8" high

Ah, I was afraid that was the case. Unfortunately, we don't have any rear socket with an opening that exceeds 1".

With that in mind, your best bet would be to replace the current track system with one of our side-load drawer track kits, which you can see here, and then replacing the back socket with something more standard, like our 32-018.

I'm sorry that we cannot offer a better solution.
