Rear mounting bracket for drawer glide

Question

The drawer glides fit into this bracket. Some are broken, so I'm looking to replace them.

This is the old Merillat drawer socket. It's not made anymore, but our 32-119 works perfectly well as a substitute. The only catch is that you need to drill new holes to install it.
